Vetting Cleaners

All of the cleaners we supply are required to go through all of the stages of our interview process.

 

Stage 1

 

Potential cleaners have to submit an application to our team.  From these we only interview those we feel have the necessary experience to meet our high standards.

 

Stage 2

 

We interview cleaners over the telephone.  We then arrange for a meeting in a cafe or somewhere of a similar nature.  We do this because we believe a lot can be said about someone who can turn up on time with the required documents.  If a someone can turn up on time for an interview, they will normally turn up to the homes of clients on time and will keep on doing so.  At this stage we will check documentation to confirm place of residence and proof of identity.

 

Stage 3

 

If we feel someone is suited to becoming a cleaner we can use, we will follow up references.  It is at this point where we decide if someone should clean for our clients.

 

Stage 4

 

Cleaners are continuously monitored to ensure that they continue to maintain a high standard of work.  We take regular feedback from clients about the quality of the cleaning being provided by their cleaners and feed back to the cleaner.

 

Arranging Initial Meeting

You have two choices for your initial meeting:

 

  1. Meet with your new cleaner at your convenience.  During this meeting you can discuss your requirements with your new cleaner and arrange a time for your first clean.
  2. Have a cleaner clean at your first meeting.


Whichever of these choices you decide, we will ensure that you are kept informed. Should you feel that the cleaner is someone you do not want to have cleaning your home, tell us as any time and we can arrange for another cleaner to come and meet with you.

First Clean Follow Up

After your first clean we will contact you to make sure that everything went smoothly.  Most of our clients are happy with the work their cleaner has done.  We can also address any issues may have and communicate with your cleaner any adjustments you want to make to your cleaning.

Holiday And Sickness Cover

If you cleaner is either ill or goes on holiday we can provide an alternative cleaner to you. We will contact you to ask if you want to wait until your cleaner returns or have a new cleaner come and meet you.

Insurance

The cleaners we supply to you in completing your home cleaning tasks will be covered by an insurance policy.  This policy includes £1,000,000 public liability insurance in the event of damage to your property.  This insurance provides peace of mind for major accidents and damage.  It does not provide cover for everyday minor accidents to items of low value.  We would recommend that valuable and delicate items should be put somewhere safe during cleaning.
