What areas of Hull do you cover?

 

We cover the following Hull post codes of HU1, HU2, HU3, HU5, HU6, HU8, HU16.  If you live outside of this area, please contact us.  We can normally find a cleaner in any area of Hull but sometimes it may take longer.

 

Why do you charge an agency fee?

 

Our cleaning agency charges an agency fee to cover the cost of the insurance we provide.  We also have other expenses including advertising, to pay for.  The agency actually makes only a small amount from the agency fee we charge.

 

Can I specify a day of the week my cleaner comes?

 

Normally we can arrange for your cleaning to be completed at a time convenient to you.  Most of our cleaners are very flexible and when they first contact you, will be able to make you aware of when they are available.  We have always been able to accommodate our customers’ requests.

 

Can my cleaner come when I am at work?

 

You may decide that to allow access to your cleaner to your property when you are at work, you may choose to give them a key.

 

How can I book a cleaner?

 

Simply contact us by calling 01482 922805.  If you live within the areas we cover, we can normally arrange for a cleaner to contact you the day you call.

 

What is the minimum number of hours that I can have a cleaner each week?

 

We have a minimum number of 2 hours cleaning for each visit.

 

Does the cleaner use my cleaning equipment and products?

 

Your cleaner will use your cleaning equipment and products for a number of reasons.  Firstly we know that most of our clients like for their house to feel and smell like their house.  Secondly, by not having to transport equipment and products, purchase these and provide a method to transport these, we can keep our prices low.

 

What happens if my cleaner is ill or goes on holiday?

 

We will find a replacement so that you can have your cleaning completed as normal.  We do find, however, that some people choose to wait until their normal cleaner returns.  

 

Who pays the cleaner?

 

You pay the cleaner at a rate of £6.50 per hour.  You should leave the payment for the cleaner to collect once they have cleaned your home.

 

Do you provide insurance?

 

The cleaners we supply to be employed by you in completing your home cleaning tasks will be covered by an insurance policy.  This policy includes £1,000,000 public liability insurance in the event of damage to your property.  This insurance provides peace of mind for major accidents and damage.  It does not provide cover for everyday minor accidents to items of low value and therefore claims under £100 are excluded and clients shall be liable to pay the first £100 of any claim.  Please refer to our terms and conditions for further details of our insurance.
